Live in shell, cooked and packed in half shell in 5kg

contract.

Scientific name: Paralomis
granulosa.
Common name: Snow crab (UK), Centollon (Spain).
Size range: Carapace width 9cm-16cm.
Status: Caught in pots in shallow in-shore waters to
the south of the Falkland Islands.
Cooked, shelled and processed to pure natural meat with
no additives or preservatives.

Scientific name: Eleginops maclovinus (Family
Nototheneildae).
Common name: Antarctic Rock Cod (UK), Robalito (Spain),
Dairin-noto (Japan).
Size range: 50cm - 120cm.
Status: Inshore caught by beach seining in
natural un-polluted waters around the Falkland Islands.
Fine textured white fish with similar characteristics
to Hake (Merluza Meru) and Toothfish (Merluza Negra).
Packaging and Presentation

300-1500 grammes each. |

- Falklands Smoked Fish

Smoked Fish Trout: Wild
fish caught locally feeding off natural krill in the nutrient rich waters of the
South Atlantic Ocean. They are smoked using traditional hardwood sawdusts and
are sliced by hand to produce the perfect product.

Smoked Antarctic Rock Cod:
These fish are beach
seine netted and are then processed by hand to the highest standard. Brined and smoked using
traditional methods to produce a delicate flavour not to be missed.
