Golden Touza Group are keen on reinvesting revenues from fisheries to contribute to the development of the Falkland Islands.  Falklands Fresh was formed in April 1999 in conjunction with the Falkland Islands Development Corporation and Simon Hardcastle.  The company is establishing itself as a leading company in aquacultural projects and inshore fishing.  Operating from a new processing plant they are now hygienically processing and packing oysters, mussels, crabs and mullet from the pure unpolluted nutrient rich waters of the Falkland Islands.   Falkland Fresh Limited is a European Union Registered Fish Processing Plant operating out of Stanley.   The purpose-built (constructed in 2000) and specifically designed plant, is of modular construction and allows for simultaneous processing and preparation of shellfish and white fish in separate areas;  consequently we are able to provide the finest freshest seafood products
